365 Fold the Court is operated by its developer as listed on the App Store ("we", "us"). This policy describes the app and this website. Contact us at [email protected].
02 / Information the app collects
The app does not require an account and does not contain an analytics, advertising or remote gameplay service. It does not send your puzzle progress to us.
03 / Data on your device
Completed levels, stars, achievements, attempts, saved court arrangements and preferences are stored locally. Uninstalling the app removes its local data, subject to any device backups managed by your operating system.
04 / Notifications
If you enable reminders, the app asks the operating system for notification permission and schedules local reminders. You can disable reminders in the app or change permission in iOS Settings. The app does not use a remote push-notification server.
05 / Photos and sharing
Result cards can be passed to the system share sheet. You choose the destination and whether to save or send the image. Saving a card to Photos may require permission. The app does not read your photo library. A service you choose for sharing handles the image under its own policy.
06 / Bundled content
Fonts, illustrations and audio are bundled with the app. This website serves its font and images locally rather than requesting them from third-party font or analytics services.
07 / Diagnostics
Apple may collect and share diagnostic information according to your device privacy settings. We do not operate a separate in-app crash-reporting service.
08 / Contacting support
When you email [email protected], your email address, message and any attachments are handled to answer your request. Avoid including information you do not want to share. Website forms prepare an email draft rather than uploading a message to a form server.
09 / This website
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security services process technical request data, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect the site. We do not add analytics, advertising trackers or browser storage. Cloudflare may apply its own security mechanisms.
10 / Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child sent personal information to support, contact us so we can address it.
11 / Your choices and rights
You can manage permissions in iOS Settings and remove local app data by deleting the app. To ask about personal information you sent to support, or request access or deletion where applicable, email [email protected].
12 / Changes
We may update this policy when the app or website changes. The effective date will be updated on this page.
